HERE’S HOW IT WORKS

1.  If I think, from your application, we can work together, we’ll then meet for a free, no-obligation, 1-hour ‘chemistry check’ – if we click, we’re on.

2.  You commit to a programme of four, half-day workshops, one a month over four months.

Each workshop explores your business and draws on my experience to clarify and plan the best approach for success directed at the area of the business that we are exploring on the day:

Day 1. Product or Service offering

Day 2.  Sales and Marketing

Day 3. Administration, Finance and Management Structure (Governance)

Day 4. Culture, Values and Vision

Each day is structured around answering four fundamental questions:

  • Day 1. What do you do? (What is the core product /service offering? We will cover the whole business to understand the landscape/current situation in detail.)
  • Day  2. How do you package, promote and sell? (sales and distribution strategy, sales personell performance, training, incentives, resellers, account management. )
  • Day 3. What is the revenue model/’real’ margin? (is your business as profitable as it could be and is it well run? What contracts do you have in place with customers and resellers to protect yourself and maximise company value. What type of company constitution/partnership agreement do you have? Who’s in control?)
  • Day 4. Why do you do it? – What is the team culture, are staff loyal and happy, appropriately incentivised, are you passionate about your business and what do you want out of it? (How much potential has it got and can you realise this potential or do you need assistance?)

Each half day session includes lunch, offsite venue with inspiring views, access to my experience and my undivided attention for $2,000+ gst.

For a total of $8,000+ gst for the whole programme you’ll get ‘Board Director quality input’ for a fraction of the cost.

At the completion of the four month workshop, my services can be retained as a ‘non executive director’ to oversee and ensure the goal setting and disciplines we agree are being executed and monitored monthly, to deliver measurable results.
